The conditions for the financing are as follows:

• Finished built buildings with an official extract from the land registry (TAPU) will be financed as well as uncompleted houses in a project. Deniz Bank makes deals with project developers with full bank guarantee from constructor for the total loan amount.

The maximum amount available is 70 % of the appraisal value.

The maximum net salary to spend to total loans installments is 50 %.

Financing of over 30.000 EUR are only possible.

Term of finance is 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.

The rates of the mortgages are 6,96 %.

You have to be minimum 25 and maximum 70 years old.

The property valuation will be done by Deniz Bank. The pre-valuation will be paid by Deniz Bank.

Some may say this is not possible but we have to say it is with the Isbank GmbH.
