• Finished built buildings with an official extract from
the land registry (TAPU) will be financed as well as
uncompleted houses in a project. Deniz Bank makes deals
with project developers with full bank guarantee from
constructor for the total loan amount.
The maximum amount available is 70 % of the
appraisal value.
The maximum net salary to spend to total loans
installments is 50 %.
Financing of over 30.000 EUR are only possible.
Term of finance is 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.
