1) The Tapu (Legal Document of landownership): We check the Tapu in the government office to prove that the person who wants to sell is really the owner. We make sure, that the property is free of any charges or debts.

2) We check if the property has a building permission or will be able to get this permission.

3) We check if there is a town plan for the area for infra structure or buildings.

4) We check the seller or the Building Company who should build your dream home.

5) We are able to help you with all contract questions and can prepare a written document for you.

6) The ACTIVE Team is able to help with translations because a sworn-in interpreter belongs to our office.
ACTIVE owns a certificate from the "government of commerce" and the TSE permission (Turkish standard).
